The TT Kettlebell Revolution plan was the program that introduced me to Kettlebell workouts and how effective they can be for fat burning, strength building, and muscle toning.
This is why I am writing this review, to let you know what you can learn from this program and why kettlebells are a workout tool that can transform your workouts into something that will surprise you in a good way.
But first, let’s deal with some of the “objections” I normally hear when people learn about kettlebells:
1. You can use dumbbells instead – It’s true that you can get results with dumbbells. However, some of the most effective fat burning exercises that you’ll learn about in the TT Kettlebell Revolution program simply can’t be done as effectively with dumbbells. I’m talking about swings, snatches, and rotational exercises. Kettlebells make these exercises much more effective.
2. This is only for men or crazy athletes – NO and NO. Women can get awesome results with kettlebells (they just use smaller ones). Athletes and regular people who want to get lean bodies all use them. In fact, this program actually includes a special manual with workouts for women.
3. They are expensive – The good news is that for this program you just need a single kettlebell. Chris Lopez arranged the entire program to make it affordable and easy to start.
TT Kettlebell Revolution Rundown – The Basics of The Program
This program has a number of manuals which were created by Chris Lopez or by Craig Ballantyne, Chris’s partner and co-author of the program. Craig brings to the program his unique methods of fast fat burning workouts and Chris brings his knowledge of kettlebells and his knowledge of how to craft total body workouts from kettlebell exercises.
I’ll talk about the main manual because it is the most important one and the one you will use most.
The main TT Kettlebell manual is slightly over 100 pages long. It provides a series of short workouts that combine kettlebell and bodyweight exercises. You will work your entire body in these workouts. The goal is to produce a fast fat loss and to enhance muscle tone.
The program is divided into 3 sections: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. You get workouts which are right for you regardless of where you are now in terms of fitness. You need to do 3 workouts each week and you can do all of the workouts at home. You don’t need to go to the gym at all.

Each of the exercises in the program is explained in clear language and is accompanied with pictures like the one you see below or with one of the videos Chris has made:
As you go through the program you will find it very easy to learn the correct form of each of these exercises, which are very different than those done with dumbbells, and you will soon be proficient enough with kettlebells to do these short and awesome workouts at home.
A few points about the program:
1. It works. These are effective workouts and if you do them as Chris teaches you will burn lots of body fat and get leaner and stronger muscles.
2. TT Kettlebell is a program that requires work from you. These are intense exercises so you need to be willing to give it 100%. If you really want to change your body for the better, this is what you need to do. You have to work on it.
3. This program does take a week or so to get used to as the exercises are different and work the body in an entirely different way than what you may be used to.

If you want to learn how to use kettlebells correctly for both fitness and fat loss, this is the plan for you. Chris Lopez is a pro and together with Craig Ballantyne, the are a formidable team of fitness and fat loss experts.
This is a program that will challenge you, but if you’re into improving your body, I’m sure you will enjoy it.
